She was born to the late Clarence Teel and the late Mary Gwenell Fuller on December 16 1956 in Columbus Georgia. Later in life Patsy became an acclaimed author and published two childrens books. She is survived by sons Michael Brooks and James Huguley sisters Lucita Ann Hood Diane M. Brannon Debbie Kay Darnell brother Leonard Teel grandchild Taylor Williams.
