A Celebration of Life for Mrs. Barbara Jean Vest, age 60 of Goodwater, will be held on Saturday, April 4, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. at Rock Springs Baptist Church with Pastor Brian Newman officiating.Mrs. Vest passed away on Thursday, April 2, 2026 at her home. She was born in Centre, Alabama, grew up in Ball Ground, Georgia and spent 25 years as a CAN at Grandview Nursing Home in Jasper, Georgia. She had spent the last 7 years in Goodwater. Mrs. Vest had a passion of taking care of her family, and helping raise her grandchildren. She had a loving and caring heart, and a delightful sense of humor.
