Born on March 6 1944 in Mississippi Sylvester was the son of the late Sylvester Albano Pagano Sr. and Myrtle Rudkins Pagano. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force for 20 years before retiring. Following his military service he worked as a contractor for many years. Born in Winding Gulf West Virginia Jerry was the son of the late Arvel Mills and Gertrude Flinchum Mills. Following his high school graduation he enlisted in the United States Navy where he proudly served his country for more than 30 years retiring with the distinguished rank of Command Master Chief.
