She matriculated and graduated from Mother Mary Mission High School Phenix City AL in 1963. Deaconess Lowther furthered her education at Columbus Area VocationalTechnical School in Columbus GA where she received a certificate in Business Education in June 1967. She went on to receive a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from American Technological University in Killeen Texas in December 1978. Deaconess Lowther worked diligently as a United States federal civil service worker and retired in March 2012 after 30 years of dedicated service. She moved to Phenix City AL…
