Glenn Edwin Nicholson 78 a resident of Cherry Valley went to be with his Lord and Savior Thursday July 2 2026 in Jonesboro. He was born May 16 948 in Forest City the son of Ray Booker and Elizabeth Jane Penrose Nicholson. He married Miss Pauline Vaughn on April 14 1972. He was a minister for several Baptist churches including Parkin Baptist for many years. Glenn also did prison ministry at the Forrest City Federal Prison Missionary to Panama Disaster relief Chaplain and an Adjunct professor. He received his minister license in 1969 Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from ASU in 1970 his masters degree for Southwestern Theological Seminary in Fort Worth Texas in May of 1974 ordained at the first Baptist in Cotter in June of 1974 he received his PHD in May of 2005 from Ashbury Theological Seminary in Kentucky and then returned to ASU to earn his…
