Jeffery Wayne Stricklin 62 a resident of Colt departed this life Thursday August 13 2026. in Little Rock. He was born October 28 1963 in Wynne the son of Jewel Lee Stricklin and Ella Lorie Vance Stricklin. Jeff grew up in and around Wynne and worked at Producer Rice Mill for about 15 years. A hard worker he enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was laidback and devoted to his family and he lit up whenever his granddaughters came to visit. He cherished time spent with his family. Survivors include his wife Gina South Stricklin one son Colt Stricklin and his wife Ashley of Forrest City one brother Tommy Stricklin of McAlester Oklahoma two sisters Edithe Cook of Temple Texas Eunice Hammes of Indiana two granddaughters Stella and Sadie Kate Stricklin and a host of other relatives and friends. Stanley Dean Posey 70 a resident of Wynne went to be with his Lord and Savior Monday August 3 2026 in Olive Branch Mississippi. He was born April 12 1956 in Forrest City the son of George Marlin and Estelle Irene White Posey. He married miss Vickie Hale on March 7th 1982. Stanley was a selfemployed construction contractor known for his drywall and painting skills. He attended Calvary Apostolic Church in Wynne and was a loving husband father and grandfather. A hard worker he also enjoyed fishing singing karaoke taking scenic drives and tinkering with lawn mowers vehicles and his boat. His greatest joy was spending time with his family especially his grandchildren.
