Larry Alvin Sexton 81 of Black Rock passed from this life on Saturday March 28 2026 at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro. He was born on August 8 1944 in Saffell to the late Earnest and Ruby Martz Sexton. He was united in marriage to Jackie Doyle on February 11 1967 at the Oak Hill General Baptist Church. After graduating high school Larry proudly served his country in the United States Army as a paratrooper with the 101st Airborne Division the Screaming Eagles stationed at Fort Campbell Kentucky. Following his military service he attended Southern Baptist University and Arkansas State University. He later worked as a substitute agriculture teacher and an 8thgrade English teacher and also served as a bus driver at the SloanHendrix School District. Delta Idell Hausman 85 of Pocahontas passed from this life on Monday March 30 2026 at Randolph County Nursing Home in Pocahontas. She was born on January 17 1941 in Hamil to the late Delno and Gracie Billips Mars. She was united in marriage to Lawrence Hausman on August 8 1959 in Engelberg. Delta was a homemaker and was a member of St. Johns Catholic Church in Engelberg. She enjoyed gardening and dearly loved her children and grandchildren.
