Mrs. Carrie was born on December 10 1962 in Emmet Arkansas to her parents Billy Joe and JoAnn Powell Arnett. Left to cherish her memory is her daughter Mary Powell Gary one brother Billy Arnett Melanie special friend Karen McBride and three grandchildren Jesse Powell Jase Powell and Jax Powell. Visitation will be held 500 700 p.m. on Tuesday March 31 2026 at BrazzelOakcrest Funeral Home. A Graveside service will be held at 1000 a.m. on Wednesday April 1 2026 at Snell Cemetery with Bro. James Cox officiating under the direction of BrazzelOakcrest Funeral Home.
