Julian Robert Bobby Baer 76 of Alexander Arkansas passed away on March 27 2026 in Little Rock Arkansas. Born on September 10 1949 in Little Rock Arkansas to Julian Warren Baer and Mary Ellen Cutter Webb he lived a life dedicated to his family friends and the service of others. He graduated from Fuller High School and went on to serve as a U.S. Army Ranger for the 101st Division during the Vietnam War and subsequently served in the Arkansas National Guard. He worked for the Little Rock Fire Department as an EMTFirefighter for years before accepting a position with the City of Little Rock as a Code Inspector for Housing and Neighborhood Programs.
