William Delmer Crane age 85 of Ratcliff Arkansas passed away in the comfort of his home on June 30 2026. William was born on July 14 1940 in Van Buren Arkansas to Sanford J. Crane and Lola Mae Sweeney Crane. He was a dedicated and hardworking man who began driving trucks at the age of 14 and worked as a skilled diesel mechanic. Throughout his life he took great pride in his work and was known for his strong work ethic and determination. William enjoyed spending time outdoors especially fishing and was always willing to travel in search of a good fishing spot. He also enjoyed working on small engines and relaxing with his favorite western shows and movies. He was known for his love of food especially beans fish hush puppies and fried potatoes.
