Robert "Bob" Andrew Halley age 84 passed away onJuly 27 2026 surrounded by his family. He was born on August 13 1941 inPensacola Florida to the late Elsie and William Halley. At a young age Bobmoved with his family to Crescent City California and later graduated fromDel Norte High School. Following high school Bob entered the construction industryand built a career as a skilled concrete finisher. His hard work left apermanent mark on the community as he helped build numerous structures inCrescent City from the ground up including the local schools and the prison. Bob was a lifelong outdoorsman who found great joy infishing hunting and dredging for gold.…
