Jack was born in Zeeland Michi Jack and I became friends when he trained me to be his replacement as the CFO of Holland Motor Homes. In spite of his failing health at the time I was struck and inspired by his cheerfulness. Over the years we remained close he loved to hear amusing stories of the dealership and the doings of his many friends and former colleagues. We also bonded about sports generally particularly the NFL. Each year we would "bet" on the games every week and keep a running tally of the results.
