Irene Ruff passed away on March 13 2026. She lived to be 88 years old. Irene was born on June 7 1937 and worked for many years at Oxnard Frozen Foods. She was a true artist and loved working on her arts and crafts. She loved the beach hiking antique shopping gardening and family gatherings. Irene is survived by her sons Dean Ruff and Gary Ruff. Granddaughters Briana Regina Ruff and Cruz Marie Shea Ruff. Her siblings inlaws Marie Ann Henry Ruelas. Donald Ayala Lizzie Ayala. Nancy Beluzzie Bob Beluzzie. And sisterinlaw Mary Ayala Joaquin And many nieces nephews and extended family. Beloved husband father and grandfather Edward R. Soto passed away peacefully on March 15 2026 surrounded by his loved ones. Born on June 18 1952 in El Paso Texas to David and Maria Soto Edward spent most of his life growing up in El Rio. He graduated from Rio Mesa High School and earned his Associates degree from Moorpark College. He is survived by his loving wife Katherine Serrano Soto his children Eddie Soto II Yvonne Yvonne Sanchez and Tina Ortiz Paul and his nine cherished grandchildren Mario Adrianna Moses Monique Manuel Eliana Selena and Aria. He is also survived by his brothers Charles Soto Mary and Andrew Soto Elisabeth Mother In law Josephine Serrano.
