Born on August 23 1940 Bill lived a simple but joyful life marked by dedication to his family hard work and an enduring sense of humor. Bill grew up in Marine IL graduated from St. Pauls High School and then enlisted into the US Marine Corps. After his military service he worked as a maintenance mechanic then went back to school to work as an accounting clerk. Bill found joy in listening to bluegrass music gardening cheering on his favorite NFL football teams and watching the UConn Womens Basketball games. Known for his love of laughter he delighted those around him with his silliness and by making people smile.
