Born on May 30 1953 in Southington Joe was the son of Lorraine DEfemia Ouellette and the late Joseph Reno Ouellette. He worked for many years in the insurance industry. In addition to his mother Lorraine Joe leaves behind his two beloved daughters Rhiannon Ouellette and her fianc John Palmisano of Bristol and Morgan OuelletteYeh and her husband Andy of New Britain. He is also survived by his brother John Ouellette and his wife Barbara of Southington his sisters Ramona Hurley of East Hampton and Mary Bisson and her husband Gary of Oakville and his brotherinlaw Robert Berkmoes of Southington. He was predeceased by his sister Denise Berkmoes. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday October 16 2026 at 900 a.m. at St. Aloysius Church 254 Burritt Street Plantsville.
