Leonard George Carr 85 of Milford DE formerly of Philadelphia PA passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Friday August 14 2026. Leonard was born in Philadelphia PA the son of the late Leonard and Anna Terry Carr. He worked as a carpenter as well as a design engineer. He loved cars and enjoyed working on his Jeep. He also had a passion for horse racing and playing golf. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his son Leonard G. Carr Jr. in 2010. He is survived by his wife of 62 years Ann Nancy Carr his 2 daughters Theresa A. Boesler and Kathleen J. Carr and one son Timothy P. Carr his grandchildren Keelie E. Carr Amber B. Emsley Emily R.
