Joeanna Viola Robinson, precious six-week-old daughter of Patrick and Rosie Robinson and beloved baby sister of Patricia, went home to be with Jesus on March 27, 2026. She was born on February 10, 2026. Though her time on earth was brief, Joeanna filled the hearts of her family with immeasurable love and joy. She will be deeply cherished and forever remembered.In addition to her parents and sister, Joeanna is also survived by her loving grandparents, along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family and friends who will hold her memory close to their hearts.Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, April 6, 2026, at Heritage Funeral Home in Panama City. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will immediately follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.Heritage Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Joeanna Viola Robinson.

Born on July 8, 1940, in Gilbert, Louisiana, Betty lived a life marked by love, dedication, and a deep care for others.Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Marion Kimball Sr. and Bernice Kimball; her brothers, Thomas “Sonny” Marion Kimball and James “Poochie” Kimball; and her sisters, Nell Parker, Tommie “Muriel” Wilson, and Dorothy “Dot” Enterkin.She is survived by her sister, Dianne Dampier; her son, James Pierce (Ruby) of Morton, Mississippi; and her daughter, Karen Machuca (Tony) of Panama City, Florida. Janice Camille (Haskins) Huffman was born on 22 December 1940 in Hickory, North Carolina during a time when America was in turmoil, and every member of the family was touched by World War II either through rationing, sacrifice or active service. Her father and mother moved to Baltimore to work in the Martin Marietta Defense plants building bombers. She had an Uncle serving in North Africa, another Uncle was with Patton's 3rd Army in Germany, and her last Uncle was the sole survivor of a B-24 Liberator crash in 1945 in the Philippines. It was not long after the War that she contracted Polio and was admitted to the Hickory Hospital known as the "Miracle in Hickory" built for suffering Polio infected children. As one of the survivors of the epidemic, she was sought out and interviewed by historians, and her story was immortalized in the form of a video…

She retired as Head Cook at Bay Medical Center, where she was well-known and respected during her career.
