Homegoing Celebration of Life services will be held on Monday May 18 2026 at 100 PM from the chapel of Vann funeral Home. Two Aunts Ethel Lonnie Wood of Ft. Walton Beach Florida and Josephine Long of Cottondale Florida I will miss you my cuzbest friend also childhood friend. I will cherish the memories and I will never forget you. Victoria Charnel Burris was born the second daughter to Jenene and Maurice Burris on February 27 1986 in Tampa Florida. At 20 months old the Burris Family was reassigned to Ramstein Airbase Germany. At six years old her family was relocated to Loring Air Force Base Maine and then Whiteman Air Force Base Missouri where as a young girl she was baptized at Victory Tabernacle and sang in the youth choir. After leaving Missouri her family moved to Tallahassee Florida and found a new church home at Life Deliverance Ministries where she continued to sing in the youth choir. She also joined the youth praise teams and became active in the youth department. Victoria attended Cobb Middle School and Chiles High school. Theodore "Ted" Lee Mobbs age 81 of Greenwood FL passed away on Wednesday May 13 2026 at his residence. Ted was born on November 5 1944 in Morrisville PA to the late Lottie and John Mobbs. He worked as a welder at Unimac for twelve years and was a valued mechanic at Marianna Toyota for five years. Ted was extremely talented with fixing things so he established a lawn mower and small engine repair shop at his home.In his free time Ted enjoyed fishing and riding motorcycles. He was also instrumental in helping establish and serve at the Bascom Volunteer Fire Department. Ted is survived by his loving wife of 51 years Barbara Mobbs daughter Heather Allen and husband Kelly grandchildren Morgan Lipford and husband Adam great grandchildrenCharlotte and Evelyn Lipfordas well his his best friend Charles Chambliss. Louise was a member of the Caverns Road Church of Christ and her relationship with the Lord was evident in the way she lived her life. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends and she especially loved to socialize and share in the simple joys of everyday life. Louise also loved to shop and had a special talent for finding the best bargains. She spent her early childhood in Haleyville until the age of 8 when her family moved to Miami Florida. Michael also referred to as Monroe Mike Big Mike and Fluffy but Dad was his favorite thing to be called was born on June 17 1986 in Marianna FL. He was lovingly raised by his Aunt Ruth and Henry Bizaillion who loved and taught him to be the amazing person that he was. He attended Sneads High School and Chipola College. He loved his job at Roberts Roberts Inc where he was a mechanic. Michael was known by family and friends to fix anything that was broken no matter what it was and did so with a happy heart.
