Geoffrey Alan Hodges known to family and friends as Geoff Rebel passed away on Wednesday August 12 2026 in Panama City Florida at the age of 58. Geoff was born on February 22 1968 in Manassas Virginia and lived a full life in a short period of time. Geoff graduated from Mosley High School in 1986 and soon after answered the call to serve his country. He enlisted in the United States Army on March 12 1987 and served three years of active duty and later continued in the reserves before being recalled for Desert Storm. During his military service he served as a gunner on a Bradley tank a role that reflected his courage discipline and commitment to duty. He was born on December 31 1935 in Blountstown Florida and lived a life of hard work faith humor and devotion to his family and community. Fred was a proud Christian man who loved the Lord and carried his faith with him throughout his life.
