As a resident of Levy and Marion County he dedicated his life to serving families as a Funeral Director and Embalmer and will be missed by many. Paul Alan Knox 71 of Morriston Florida passed away on June 26 2026. Paul was born on January 29 1955 and grew up in Tampa Florida. Paul always had a smile on his face and a laugh in his heart. He was gentle and kind loved animals his family and especially his late mother Hilda Hodge Knox. As an adult Paul worked as a lineman for the telephone company General Telephone and traveled the country for new installations and reparations before suffering a serious accident in 1989. Following the accident and extended recovery Paul spent time with his uncle Royce Hodge and late aunt Martha Hodge in Park City Utah and began a life of sobriety that he maintained proudly until his death.
