John Konrad Schupp, 55, passed away Monday, May 11, 2026 at his Interlachen residence.Born in Pompton Plains, New Jersey, John had been a resident of Interlachen for the past three years coming from Tampa. He had worked as a carpenter in the residential construction field.In his leisure time, John enjoyed riding his side-by-side, three-wheelers, and spending time with his brother. He was a life member of the VFW in Interlachen. Even though John and Julie were married a short time, they packed a lot of adventure into their life.He was preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Gieger; and a nephew, Adam Ould.Survivors include wife, Julie Schupp of Interlachen; his father, Joseph Schupp of Tampa; brother, Joe Schupp (Anne) of Interlachen; sister, Heidi Schupp of Pennsylvania; nieces, Nichole Schupp, Samantha Schupp and Carolyn Ould; and a nephew, Joseph Schupp.No services are planned at this time. DAVID MEEKSThomas David Meeks, born July 1, 1959. Raised in Orlando Florida when there were still orange groves and clay roads.He is survived by his younger brothers, Danny Meeks, and Dennis Meeks. His daughter: Sheree Tabor; grandchildren Tony Meeks, Chelsea Tabor and Jason Page. Great-grandchildren: Tony’s; Ayden, Zachary and Salem; Chelsea’s, Raven, Riley and Beau.There will be no services.In honor of Dave, please read the following Eulogy written by a friend.Dave loved to fish. Perhaps fueled by those hungry, war-mouth perch he used to catch while walking to school after, “missing the bus.” Those exploits ended when coach Lawrence caught on, and called us out.Dave was an athlete. He could pitch a mean curve, catch and accurately throw on the run, fast, too. He could also juggle. Dave liked to dove hunt. I remember one time he got two doves with one shot.
