Francis Alfred "Frank" Kasper — Husband, Father, Friend — died October 11, 2026, in St. Augustine at age 82. Born March 16, 1944, in Baltimore, Maryland, he served 20 years in the U.S. Navy (1964–1984), retiring as a Senior Chief in anti-submarine warfare. He then spent 15 years in civil service as a Components Manager at Naval Aviation Depot Jacksonville. A master craftsman who could build or fix anything, Frank loved sailing, the beaches of St. Augustine, and traveling the world with his wife of 54 years, Sharon, making friends wherever they went.He is survived by his wife, Sharon; daughter, Cindy Brown (David); son, Erik Kasper (Carman); grandchildren, Lauren McClure (Kevin), Boyd Brown (Caitlin), Samantha Brown (fiancée Katherine Snyder), Chelsea Adams (Connor), Brad Kasper (Hannah), and Aline Flores (Christopher); and great-grandchildren, Cooper, Rhett, Morgan, Samuel, and Harper.In lieu of flowers, donations to Community Hospice & Palliative Care or the American…
