With heavy hearts we share that Richard Sperlich passed away on Wednesday October 7 after courageously facing several health challenges over the past five months. He was surrounded by the love of his family who were by his side. Richard would have celebrated his 87th birthday at the end of this month. Richard was born in St. Louis Missouri and moved to the area at an early age. It was here that he met the love of his life Betty while they were still in grade school. Their love story began at such a young age and lasted a lifetime. They remained devoted to one another until Bettys passing in 2022. While our hearts are broken to lose him we find tremendous comfort in knowing that Richard and Betty are together once again. Elena Lilly lived a full 100 years and she spent them well. She passed away peacefully in her sleep on September 30 2026. Elena was born in Dehue West Virginia to Russian immigrants. She was a true "Coal Miners Daughter." Her parents were remarkable people. Her father was collegeeducated in Russia and served in World War I which is how he earned his citizenship to America. He was a photographer and played the violin. He tried to pass his love of the instrument on to his daughter without success. After a lesson the towns violin teacher handed the money back to her father and said in a thick Russian accent "Louie I cannot take your money anymore. I feel like a thief Together they built a new life in a new country and they raised a bright curious daughter who skipped a grade and finished high school at sixteen. Elena…

Rosalba Ramos Gay born in Mexico City Mexico on March 131968 passed away of heart failure on October 8 2026 at Brooks Rehabilitation in Jacksonville Florida. The eldest of 5 daughters born to Raphael Ramos and Zenaida Fajardo Rosalba was raised in Mexico City. After a devastating earthquake damaged much of the city in 1985 she moved with her family to Tijuana BC. After finishing high school Rosalba attended secretary school and was working for a lumber company when she met her future husband in February of 1995. She married June 17 1995 at the Candlelight Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas NV and they moved to El Cajon CA. Rosalba worked cleaning houses and had their first daughter May 31 1997. In 2001 the family relocated to northern Wisconsin. Rosalba purchased and ran a successful small motel in Superior WI and gave birth to their second daughter on December 31…
