Cindy was the oldest of three daughters and considered herself a Tom Boy. She was always pulled to sports music. She loved spending time watching her beloved Boston Red Sox. Her family moved to Georgia when she was a junior in high school. She attended and graduated from Northside High School in Atlanta. She then attended the University of Georgia and received her degree in Physical Geography. She met the love of her life Henry at UGA and they married in 1961. After Henry Graduated from The University of Georgia Veterinary School they spent 2 years in the Army stationed in Alabama at Redstone Arsenal then off to West Virginia for residency finally settling in Marietta GA with their growing family.
