Funeral services will be held at 200PM on Thursday August 20 in Southerland Funeral Chapel with Dr. Dwaine Dunn officiating with interment at Woodlawn Cemetery. Barry was born in Eastman GA on August 12 1961 and was of the Christian faith. He was a lifelong resident of Eastman and a 1980 graduate of Dodge County High School. He studied Business Administration at Middle Georgia College and continued his education at Georgia Southwestern College and Mercer University. In 1983 he became coowner and operator of Eastman Video which he operated as a successful business for over 16 years. During that time Barry and his family served the Eastman communitys video and gift shop needs. In the late 1980s he took classes at Heart of Georgia Technical College in Dublin and earned a degree in electronics which began a civil service career at Robins Air Force Base where he worked until retiring…
