Funeral services for Ms. Rosa Snell of Dublin, Georgia, will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at 11 AM, at the Greater New Friendship Baptist Church, 3265 South Georgia Highway 19 in Dublin. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.Rosa Snell was born on Saturday, January 30, 1965, to the late Willie B. Snell, Sr., and Dellar Snell. Rosa joined Pearly Chapel, which later united with Greater New Friendship Baptist Church. She remained a loyal member and faithfully served as an usher until her health no longer allowed her to attend. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Gladys Ross, Willie Snell, Jr., T.J. Snell, Sam Snell, and Bubba Snell.Rosa graduated from West Laurens High School in 1983, and continued her education at Middle Georgia College, later completing her studies in Information Technology at Georgia Southern University in 1987. Reverend Elgin “Neal” Dixon will deliver the eulogy. Interment will follow in the Scotland Cemetery. Final viewing will be from 11 AM until the funeral hour at the church.Rega Quinella Mcrae was born on Jan 24, 1965 to the parentage of Paul and Glenda Plummer in Laurens County, Georgia. She is the youngest of five children.Rega was brought forth as an infant for christening in the name of the Holy Trinity.
