He served as a deacon of Total Praise Baptist Church for several years. He was attending Cross Pointe Church. He is preceded in death by his mother Mary Long brother Neil Wright and grandparents Leslie and Myrtle Wright. He survives by his parents David and Linda Wright siblings and spouses Lisa and Gregg Cleary Jeff Middlebrooks Angie and Bryon Baggett Holly and Michael Humble He was known as Uncle Deron to all his nieces and nephews great nieces and great nephews whom he loved so much. aunt and uncle G.W. and Shelby Logan. Many cousins also survive. A service to honor the life of Deron Wright will be at 2 pm on Saturday April 4 2026 in the Chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with pastor Donny Caylor officiating. Peggy was born in Conasauga Tennessee to Hiram Baxter Farmer and Lillie Mae Farmer on April 8th 1936. Peggy is survived by her four daughters Karen Lorraine Maddux Sonja Green Sparks Kelley Denise Green and Amy Dawn Green and numerous grandchildren great grandchildren great great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
