of Cartersville Georgia and formerly of Menlo Georgia passed away on Monday March 30 2026. She was born on July 9 1972 to the late Bobby Parker and Cristel Brown Bonds. She was also preceded in death by her father Bobby Parker her grandmother Ella Adams her aunt Linda Gurley and her uncles Willie David Adams Tommy Almon and Billy Almon. Barbara graduated from Chattooga High School in 1990 and later continued her education at Floyd College. She dedicated ten years of service to Tip Top where she worked as an Administrative Assistant Barbara found joy in playing her flute listening tomusic and spending time with her sons andgrandchildren.
