Violet Rae Dewey Levie 94 passed away peacefully at her home in Sun City Arizona on October 10 2026 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on May 4 1932 in Emmett Idaho the oldest daughter of Raymond and Violet Dewey. She spent her early years in the Emmett Valley on her parents fruit ranch. Rae was the oldest of four children. She was preceded in death by her parents Raymond and Violet McKenzie Dewey her twin brother and sister Don Lee Dewey and Dona Ree Dewey and her baby brother Thomas Errol Dewey. After high school Rae attended Brigham Young University where she met the love of her life Paul Dwayne Levie. They were married in the Manti Temple and shared a loving marriage for 70 years until Pauls passing in 2021. Together they built a life centered on faith family and service. A devoted member of The…
