Harold Kenneth Wartluft a beloved husband father grandfather brother and friend passed away peacefully on August 15 2026 just four days after celebrating his 88th birthday with his close friends and loved ones. Even through his 17year battle with prostate cancer he continued to live each day to its fullest with the determination strength and optimism that defined his life. Harold was born in Pennsylvania on August 11 1938 during the Great Depression. Growing up in a large family amid poverty instability and hardship he learned at an early age the values of resilience selfreliance and hard work. By the age of 16 Harold had left home and traveled west to Jackson Hole Wyoming where he found work on a cattle ranch and began building the life he envisioned for himself. Ron 82 went to be with the Lord on August 14 2026 at his home in Wendell Idaho surrounded by his family. Ron was born March 161944 in Burley Idaho to Donald and Ester Race. As a child and teen he spent his time on the family ranch assisting with the fields and riding his beloved horses. He graduated from Bliss High School in 1963 and then went onto Boise Jr. College. He had many careers during his life including Law Enforcement Building Inspector Heavy Equipment Operator and his favorite owning and running his own backhoe business. He was a hard worker and always provided for his family and raising his three children was most important. Janet Lavina Palmer Billiard 91 of Hagerman Idaho passed away on August 15 2026 leaving behind a lifetime of love friendship and a family who will forever feel the loss of their rock. Janet was born on August 1 1935 in Gooding Idaho to Ralph and Lucille Palmer. She attended schools in Tuttle and Bliss before graduating from Hagerman High School in 1953. Hagerman would always hold a special place in Janets heart and ultimately would once again become home. On December 23 1953 Janet married Mac Billiard at the Hagerman United Methodist Church. Macs career with Idaho Power took the two of them to several different communities over the years. Each move meant a new home and for Janet often a new job. Ralph was born June 23 1957 in Twin Falls Idaho to Dick and Bobbie Geer. He was raised in Bliss and later attended Idaho State University earning a degree in welding. After Idaho Post Academy he began his lawenforcement career with the City of Gooding dedicating himself to serving his community. In July 1977 Ralph married Connie Campbell in Elko Nevada.
