RUPERT Roberta Karol Coffman age 90 of Rupert passed away Friday May 8 2026 at her daughters home in Twin Falls under the care of Hospice Visions and her family. Roberta was born June 12 1935 to Robert Bennett Rytting and Clara Evelyn Larson Rytting. She had two older sisters and two younger brothers. Only one of her brothers Dean Bennett Rytting survives her. She married Arthur William Coffman Jr. after a three year courtship and some gentle nudging on May 26 1956. They were sealed in the Idaho Falls Temple on June 27 1963. They remained happily married for 65 years. They had five children Vicki Rae David Almond Charlene Justice Lynda Lee Gary Hoffman Arthur Bennett DAnn Coffman and Wendy Gay Patrick Florence who provided them with 16 grandchildren 29 greatgrandchildren and two greatgreat grandchildren. RUPERT LaVonne A. Wilcox Sis age 85 of Rupert Idaho passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on May 16 2026 at St. Lukes Magic Valley Medical Center in Twin Falls. LaVonne was born and raised in the MiniCassia area and spent much of her life in and around Rupert. She was a proud graduate of Minico High Schools first graduating class when the thennew school opened in 1955. She married Steve G. Wilcox who preceded her in death in 1994. LaVonne worked for 40 years at J.R. Simplot in Heyburn Idaho where she built many lasting friendships and was known for her steady work ethic and dependability. LaVonne enjoyed growing up in Rupert as part of the large Kaiser family with 10 brothers and sisters most of them known by a nickname that family and friends remembered well. Misty was born on September 17 1976 in Rupert Idaho to Danny Gilliam Sr. and Barbara Stelly Dockstader. She grew up with her two brothers Danny Gilliam Jr. and David Gilliam. Misty had two main life goals. She drove truck for many years for different companies. Misty also had the dream to race cars. She was able to fulfill this dream racing at Magic Valley Speedway with her brother Danny Jr. and her best friend Alaura. Misty accomplished both of these dreams in her short lifetime. She is survived by her daughter Mercedes Snow her five grandchildren Jaydan Raven Ivory Allee and Juniper her mother Barbara Stelly Dockstader and her two brothers Danny Gilliam jr.
