Betty Jean Ells beloved mother grandmother greatgrandmother and friend passed away Tuesday June 30 2026. She was 86 years old. Betty was born on Feb. 18 1940 in Orofino to William Earl and Emma Williams. Betty was very proud to be from Orofino and even more proud to be an Orofino Maniac. She and her brother Jack grew up and spent many of their early years enjoying the outdoors along the Clearwater River. When Betty was young she took part in the school band and played the clarinet. She also participated in 4H which would foster future bonds with several of her greatgrandchildren. Betty married the love of her life Delbert Oscar Ells on Sept. 23 1956 in Lewiston.
