Frances Mae Palmer 102 of Belvidere IL passed away peacefully Friday February 13 2026 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born March 16 1923 at her family home in Capron IL. The daughter of the late Myles and Elizabeth Betty Anderson Kendall. She graduated from Capron High School in 1941. Frances married the love of her life Donald Palmer on September 6 1941 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Belvidere. Frances was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Belvidere and was a member of the Pioneer Club and the Sewing Circle. She was an excellent baker and enjoyed traveling. Most of all she loved to spend time with her family.
