Ken formerly of HomewoodFlossmoor was born in Chicago on January 5 1944 to the late Ann and Harry A. Bailey. Ken lived a life defined by faith craftsmanship and a deep love for his family. A member of the first graduating class of Marion Catholic High School in 1962 he lived guided by a deep and abiding faith. Ken pursued a variety of professions throughout his life. In 1967 he graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and became a registered pharmacist in 1968. He later spent more than 25 years as the owner and general contractor of Bailey Construction Company. In 1997 he earned his law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law.
