Barbara K. Nelson, 79, of Effingham, IL, went to be with Jesus on October 10, 2026. She was born on January 16, 1947, in Effingham, IL, to Garland and Cecelia Stevens.The family will honor Barbara's memory privately at a later date. Barbara worked as a caregiver, dedicating her time to helping others. She enjoyed arts and crafts, crocheting, and spending time with her family.
