God has taken Billy Harbaugh home to walk with the angels.  Surrounded by his loving family, William "Billy" Harbaugh, 71, died at Gillespie Health and Rehab on March 31, 2026.  Billy was born January 12, 1955, in El Paso, TX to Charles & Norma Harbaugh.  He is survived by his brothers, Charles Harbaugh of Arkansas, Doug Harbaugh of California, Chuckie Harbaugh of Gillespie, and his sister Cheryl Force of Benld, several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.  Billy was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Norma Harbaugh and his brother Jeffrey "JK" Harbaugh.  Friends may call on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at Kravanya Funeral Home in Gillespie from 5:30 pm until 7:00 pm.  Memorial services will be on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at Kravanya Funeral Home in Gillespie at 7:00 pm.
