Born on January 2, 1949, in Texas to Epimenio Garcia and Nicolasa Gonzalez, Roberto spent his early years surrounded by his parents and many siblings before eventually relocating to Palatine, Illinois.On October 26, 1970, Roberto married the love of his life, Marilyn Brown. Together, they shared nearly 56 years of marriage and built a beautiful family that included their three children: Tina (Mercado), Roberto Garcia, and Antonio Garcia. As their family grew; he became a proud grandfather to Julie Garcia, Alyssia Melson, Gabriel Mercado, Elayna Garcia, Amelia Garcia, and Daniella Garcia.
