Steven R. Phillips, 44, of Arcola, passed away 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center, Mattoon.Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 24, 2026, at McMullin-Young Funeral Home, Sullivan. Visitation will be held an hour prior to the service on Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Penn Township Cemetery, Moweaqua. Memorials may be made in care of the family.Steven was born February 1, 1982, in Decatur; the son of James Odell and MaDonna D. (Wright) Phillips. As an avid outdoorsman Steven enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and just being in the woods. Camellia F. Zimmerman of Sullivan, passed away 12:38 p.m. Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at Shelbyville Healthcare and Senior Living.As per her wishes, no services will be held. Memorials may be made to the donor’s choice. McMullin-Young Funeral Home is in care of the arrangements.Camellia was born August 8, 1927, Decatur; the daughter of Cayrel and Effie (Standerfer) Hilliard. She married Carl Moon, after a parting of ways; she met and married Ellis Zimmerman in 1963; he preceded her in death on February 18, 2003. Camellia was a member of the Southern Baptist Church in Sullivan. She enjoyed fishing, sewing and jigsaw puzzles. Camellia always loved visiting the Ocean. She and Ellis were in charge of running a Trailer Park in Port Orford, OR. She always talked about going back to Oregon and visiting their old stomping grounds.
