James Jimmy Donaldson age 73 of Pittsfield IL passed away Wednesday January 28 2026 at Timber Point Healthcare Center in Camp Point IL. He was born May 29 1952 Jacksonville IL to Marion and Martha Long Donaldson. James married Judith Elaine Cooper April 11 1974 at the Valley City Christian Church and she preceded him in death June 10 2020. Jimmy enjoyed spending time at home with his wife Judy. He was employed by City of Pittsfield for nearly 20 years with the street department. Jimmy is survived by a brother and sister and good friends Karen and Jeff Griggs. He was preceded in death by his wife of 46 years Judith Donaldson and parents Marion and Martha Donaldson. Cremation rites have been accorded and no services will be held. Charline Smith

Charline M. Smith age 70 of Hull Illinois passed away Friday February 13 2026 at Barry Healthcare Senior Living in Barry IL. She was born September 10 1955 in Ft. Bragg North Carolina to Robert Cooper and Rose Jeffers Watkins. She married Kevin Smith on July 4 1986 at the Calvary Baptist Church in Hannibal MO. Charline graduated from Plato High School in Plato MO next obtained her LPN license and began her nursing career in the early 1980s. She was employed by a nursing home in Licking MO next for a doctors office in Houston MO and later worked for the Quincy Veterans Home the Barry Nursing Home and provided inhome care for several area families. Charline found her passion in the inhome care field. She surrendered her life to Jesus and trusted in His payment for her sins. Charline followed Jesus and challenged others to trust Him too.…
