Wyoming — Robert “Bob” Miller, 81, of Wyoming, Illinois, passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, September 10, 2026, surrounded by the home and community he loved.Bob was born March 20, 1945, in Peoria, Illinois, the son of Evalyn (Breese) and Donald Miller. He graduated from Wyoming Community High School with the Class of 1963, and Wyoming remained his home throughout his life.On August 8, 1965, Bob married his high school sweetheart, Janet “Cookie” Moore, at the Congregational Church in Wyoming. They shared more than 61 years of marriage, building a life together in the community they called home. Cookie survives.Bob was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He is also survived by his two sons, Rodney Robert Miller of Wyoming and Jeffrey (Tonya) Miller of Wyoming; three grandchildren, Nicholas, Sara, and Bayley Miller, all of Wyoming; sister-in-law Sharon (Don) Foffel of Wyoming; and several nieces and nephews.He…
