Mary Agnes Brantley 100 of Kokomo passed away at 1104 pm Monday March 30 2026 at Ascension St. Vincent in Kokomo. She was born on July 26 1925 the daughter of Kyle S. and Angeline L. Tate Long. On June 19 1945 she married Ondis Brantley in Sharps Chapel and he preceded her in death on November 16 2023. Mary will be remembered as being a wonderful mom to her children. She was also a talented cook gardener growing fresh vegetables for canning and grew beautiful flowers. Heather was born Oct. 13 1972 in Sparta Wis. to Harlan McLain Sr. and Diana Jackson. She grew up in Cashton and Sparta graduating from Sparta High School in 1991. She attended University of WisconsinLa Crosse before moving to Indiana in 1995. Heather graduated from Indiana University of Kokomo in 2003. Heather married Chad Richey in 1997 and had two children Ryan and Lindsey. She worked hard to raise her family in Galveston while also working several jobs over her life. She was close with her children and loved them fiercely. Heather was known for her big heart. She would help anyone who needed it. She loved spending time with her grandkids and chatting with her family reminiscing about the good ole days.
