Donald Eugene Goforth a loving family man and respected community member passed away on February 12 2026 at the age of 88 in Evansville Indiana. Born on April 18 1937 in Henryville Indiana he lived a full and vibrant life treasured by all who knew him. Don graduated from high school and went on to master the precision skills of a machinist working at Johnson Controls. His contributions to the industry were immense and his colleagues admired his diligent work ethic. Married on January 4 1980 in Vincennes Indiana Don and the love of his life Rosalee "Heishman" Goforth built a beautiful life full of adventure sharing a love of the outdoors as evidenced by their countless trips camping and fishing excursions. A man of diverse interests and community spirit Don involved himself in the U.A.W. local union 1823 and joined the brotherhood of the former Oaktown Masonic Lodge. He…
