Debra Kay Fox, 67, of Sumner, died Friday, February 13, 2026, at the Good Samaritan Home in West Union.A Celebration of Life will be held from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Friday, February 20, 2026, at the Westgate American Legion. A prayer service will be held at 5:00 PM on Friday. Debra Kay, daughter of Alan and Joan (Thilgen) Hansen was born December 3, 1958, in Austin, Minnesota. The family lived in Austin for a few years, prior to Rochelle, Illinois, West Branch and later Oelwein, where Deb attended Oelwein High School, graduating in 1977. On February 14, 1981, she was united in marriage with Robert Fox at the Little Brown Church, near Nashua. Deb’s working career began at the Sumner Bakery, prior to many years at Atwood in West Union working as a line supervisor.
