Jerry Prade "JP" McCamey, age 93, of Columbus, Kansas passed away Friday, February 13, 2026 at Autumn Place in Columbus.JP was born to Clarence Ivy and Francis Louise (Keeling) McCamey on June 29, 1932, in Waco, Texas. After high school, JP went on to attend college at Baylor University. JP was united in marriage to Elsie Kirkland on June 13, 1952, and to that union was born one daughter, Deborah McCamey Edgeworth, two sons, Jerry and Alan McCamey.. Elsie passed away in 2002. JP lived his life serving the Lord, spreading the Gospel, and teaching others about Jesus' love for us. His ministry began when he was ordained by the Assemblies of God Church in 1951, and continued for almost 75 years.
