Mary Ruth Scott Norris 80 of Columbia Kentucky died Wednesday July 1 2026 at Green River Trails in Greensburg. She was born May 17 1946 in the Bliss Community of Adair County to the late Noah Jack and Beatrice Rogers Scott. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Norman Norris in 2007 and by two brothers Kenneth Scott and J.W. Scott. Mary Ruth was of the Nazarene Church faith a member of the V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary and the Library Board both in Bridgeview Illinois.
