Billy Brierley age 60 of Salt Lick passed away on August 4 at his residence. He was born in Nicholas County on July 4 1966 to the late Wilson Brierley and Nellie Roe Brierley. Billy loved to be outdoors. He enjoyed fishing hunting and just being outside. He was an avid UK Basketball fan and loved to watch a good game. Spending time with his family was important to him. Whether it be enjoying a good meal at a family cookout or just being together these were some of his favorite times. He was a loving husband father brother and friend but his most cherished title was papaw. Billy loved spending time with his grandchildren and doing whatever they wanted to do. He enjoyed riding his EBike with his grandson Max. The love he had for his grandchildren was unconditional and he took every opportunity he could to spoil them.…

Jimmy was a hardworking man who loved to be outdoors. He worked for many years at Swartzs Mowing making friends with everyone he met. Jim loved to farm and go fishing but coon hunting was his favorite. He enjoyed spending time with his family and was always sure to aggravate the little ones.
