Irene Ann Oquendo nee Painchaud age 90 of Erlanger Kentucky passed away peacefully just seven weeks after the passing of her beloved husband Ernesto Ernie Oquendo. Born on July 26 1936 in Brooklyn New York Irene was one of eight siblings. In recent years she especially enjoyed her daily trips to Kroger where she loved to browse the aisles. Before he passed she also loved spending time with Ernie. They truly cherished each others company and took great care of one another. Irene and Ernie shared 72 wonderful years together and their love and devotion to one another was evident in the way they cared for and enjoyed each other throughout their lives. Irene is survived by her siblings Rich Terri Painchaud Thomas Painchaud and Patricia Bud Satchell.
