David was born on March 8 1952 in Louisville Kentucky to the late Lester and Louise Miller Harrington. He was the owner and broker of Harrington Associates Realty and Auction Company and a member of First Baptist Church of Mt. Washington. In addition to his family and career he had a great love of horses and enjoyed showing his own horse. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his beloved wife Ramona Harrington. David is survived by his children Glen Harrington Sheila Michael Dooley Donna and Gina DooleyNichols grandchildren Logan Kenna and Kaleb along with a host of of extended family and friends. Louise Evon Key 86 of Mt. Washington passed away May 12 2026 at her home. She was a long time member of the Mount Washington Church of God where she loved singing and led the choir. She also enjoyed sewing and shopping. She was preceded in death by her parents Johnny and Hattie Belle Simmons her husband James Key along with a brother Zebbie Simmons. She is survived by a son Stanley Powers Susan two daughters Pamela Stevens Keith and Deborah Pardon Anthony two brothers Harold Donna and Don Connie Simmons three sisters Sheila Martin Cindy Pendleton John and Pat Demshar Jack along with 10 grandchildren and 14 greatgrandchildren. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday at the McFarlandTroutmanProffitt Funeral Home with burial to follow in Resthaven Memorial Park. Friends may visit 38 p.m. Monday and after 9 a.m. Tuesday.

Edgar Jay Norton 82 of Taylorsville passed away on Monday May 11 2026 at his home. He was born on July 8 1943 in Spencer County KY to the late Benjamin and Julia Price Norton. He was a retired logger for Glasscock Sawmill and a member of New Hope Tabernacle. Jay loved music especially playing the guitar. He also enjoyed fishing painting cars building and logging. He came from a large family and had generous heart. He used to buy all of his younger siblings and family new bicycles. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two children Johnny Allen Norton and James Wayne Norton and 21 brothers and sisters.
