Douglas Hardy Falls of Elkhorn KY passed away on Sunday August 16 2026 at his residence. He was 87. Born May 1 1939 in Rochester Michigan he was a son of the late Gerald and Jane Pauline Hardy Falls. Doug was the owner of Falls Sons Whiskey Barrel Company. He was in the ROTC in college which led into him serving his country in the United States Army during Vietnam. Doug loved music. On Mondays he would sing and play music at Liberty Care Center. He played piano at Pine Grove Church where he was a member. Doug enjoyed deer hunting with his grandchildren other relatives and friends. He enjoyed get togethers and socializing at his farm often playing music swimming and having a good time.
