Bob Liles 83 Martin Place Drive Hopkinsville KY passed away Tuesday June 30 2026 at Baptist Health Deaconess Madisonville Madisonville KY of natural causes. A memorial service will be held at 200 p.m. Tuesday July 14 2026 at First United Methodist Church with Rev. Daniel Huck officiating. Lamb Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements. A native of Muhlenberg County KY he was born May 27 1943 the son of the late Cleo Liles and the late Avriel Adkins Liles. Bob served in the United States Army. He retired from law enforcement after working as a trooper for Kentucky State Police a detective for Hopkinsville Police Department and a bailiff for Christian County Sheriffs Office.He also volunteered with Boy Scouts of America serving as an assistant scout master for Troop 3123.
